To inaugurate this series of events, the municipality of Bissen offered its citizens a walking rally accompanied by the photo exhibition "MSF, 50 years of humanity".
Despite the bad weather, 221 people responded to the call of the mayor of Bissen and the events committee of the municipality: young and old alike enjoyed a fun walk in the forest, which took place in compliance with the sanitary measures in force.
A sound experience completes the photo exhibition, which can be seen until Wednesday, June 30th, 2021 around the municipal administration building in Bissen.
It is with great pride that a check worth € 6,000 was presented to Médecins Sans Frontières following the event: thank you to the municipality and its residents!
For the Mayor of Bissen, David VIAGGI, and his team, it is important to remain open to new ideas for synergies. Their motto is rightly: « Eng Gemeng déi verbënnt! » (A municipality that (re)unites!). This is all the more true when it comes to an association that helps people in regions affected by crisis.
It is important to remain open to new ideas for synergies.
M. David Viaggi, Mayor of Bissen
