Médecins Sans Frontières est une organisation internationale indépendante d'aide médicale humanitaire, dont la mission consiste à prodiguer des soins médicaux spécialisés aux populations vulnérables en situation de crise (conflits armés, épidémies, catastrophes naturelles et exclusion des soins de santé), sur la base du seul besoin, sans distinction d'origine ethnique, de sexe, de croyance ou d'affiliation politique.
MSF est un mouvement international qui compte actuellement 27 sections nationales ou régionales. MSF Luxembourg est l’une des 27 sections qui composent ce mouvement : elle comprend un bureau exécutif, qui assure la communication, la levée de fonds, le plaidoyer, le recrutement, et réalise des projets de recherche opérationnelle directement liés aux programmes de santé, afin de contribuer à améliorer leur efficacité et leur efficience.
As part of the Communication and Fundraising department, the Marketing Analyst Officer is responsible for analyzing donations and donor profiles. He/she acts under the supervision of the Fundraising analyst and works in close collaboration with other members of the Communication and Fundraising team, colleagues in other departments and peers in the movement.
Job Objectives
Provide the reports, campaign assessments and analysis needed to monitor the section's performance and manage the database (CRM).
Responsabilities :
Management and use of CRM (Eudonet):
He/She ensures the use of CRM data.
He/She analyzes CRM data using statistical tools (Excel, Access, etc.).
He/She ensures monthly reporting of data collection results and dashboards (Power BI).
He/she develops follow-up tools to automate tasks at departmental level.
Analysis and performance:
He/She is in charge of analyzing and publishing the section's KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the international movement.
He/she carries out ad-hoc studies at the request of colleagues or managers.
Campaign analysis:
He/She identifies the cohorts to be targeted and ensures the targeting of marketing campaigns (filters via CRM).
He/she analyzes and monitors the performance of fundraising campaigns by channel (digital / paper / telemarketing etc.).
International:
He/she participates in the Analyst working groups of the MSF international organization.
Education & Experience required
- Background in Marketing / Statistics / Management
Master's level / equivalent (MBA) or Ecole Supérieure de Commerce
Very good knowledge and experience in statistics and research techniques
Experience of working with a CRM (Eudonet or other) is a plus
Excellent command of Excel and Power BI
French and English required
