Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an independent international medical humanitarian organization. Its mission is to provide specialized medical care to vulnerable populations affected by crises—such as armed conflicts, epidemics, natural disasters, or exclusion from healthcare—based solely on need, regardless of ethnicity, gender, beliefs, or political affiliation.
MSF is a global movement made up of 25 national or regional sections. MSF Luxembourg is one of these 25 sections. It includes an executive office responsible for communication, fundraising, advocacy, recruitment, and operational research projects directly linked to health programs, with the goal of improving their effectiveness and efficiency.
Your mission
- You will support the Human Resources department by carrying out a variety of essential tasks.
Through your volunteer work, you will help document HR processes and improve staff access to HR-related information.
Your main tasks
- You will contribute to the onboarding/offboarding process modelling project for new employees at MSF Luxembourg. Documents and resources will be centralized on a dedicated SharePoint site to facilitate access and tracking for the relevant teams.

- You will update our Welcome Kit.
- You will support the HR department as needed, by:
- Uploading information to SharePoint
- Translating documents
- Creating internal communication materials (presentations, etc.)
- You will also assist in organizing or providing logistical support for MSF external events (hotel bookings, support during Mapathons, festivals, conferences, etc.).

- You are fluent in French and English

Eligibility criteria
- You are between 18 and 30 years old,
- You reside in one of the countries participating in the program (click here to see the list),
- This voluntary position is not part of a school curriculum (it is not an internship).
