Fieldwork

MSF is always looking for qualified medical and non-medical personnel wishing to lend their expertise to serve those who need it most.
Next information meeting: Tuesday, September 17, 2024

We work with unsolicited applications. Our Human Resources department in Luxembourg will be able to give you further information regarding the selection process and the different selection criteria used.  They will be able to support you during the process but will not carry out the recruitment as such.

09/16/2022 - MSF health promoters pose with community relays after a public information session at the Socoa IDP site.

To do this, it works in close collaboration with the Brussels Operational Centre which will sort applications, carry out interviews and final approval for recruitment. If you are selected as a result of this process your name will be added to a reserve list of available workers.

As soon as a relevant position becomes available in a project, we offer you the chance to go. So you need to be ready to go to whatever area MSF believes humanitarian needs may arise. It is very important for us that you have a strong humanitarian motivation and that you wish to make a long-term commitment to MSF. In return, we guarantee you a dynamic and stimulating working environment in a multicultural team as well as career development throughout the different missions.

It is strongly recommended that you read the information on this page before applying where you can find out about the profiles we're looking for in the field.
