Our face to face team
Florent, Mohamed, Robert and Lucas are the field staff leading donor recruitment campaigns in Luxembourg; they are easily recognizable by their official MSF uniforms and badges.
In order to preserve our values, we need to ensure our financial independence. That is why our teams reach out to you in shopping centers, hospitals, and even on the streets of Luxembourg’s towns and cities.
Our teams do not go door-to-door, they do not enter people’s homes, and above all, they do not ask for water or food!
Furthermore, we never accept cash and only ask potential donors to fill out a monthly support form to formalize their commitment.
Please note that these staff members are trained in-house by us to ensure an extremely respectful approach toward the residents of the communities we visit.
The independence and impartiality of Doctors Without Borders are primarily guaranteed by donor support. In fact, nearly 99% of our donations come from private sources. These campaigns are an essential part of upholding these values.
How can you recognize our fundraising teams?
Our teams go out to meet you on the street, in public places, shopping malls, and hospitals to recruit donors. How can you recognize them? You’ll spot them easily—they carry forms, wear name badges, and have easily recognizable vests. See for yourself.
