Foundations are essential partners of Médecins Sans Frontières.
Their support is vital, whether to finance a specific project or an emergency intervention, or to help us meet our operational objectives.
Do you have a family foundation? Have you recently set up a fund? Is humanitarian or emergency medical aid at the heart of your foundation’s social mission?
The MSF team will strive to ensure you can follow your project and see precisely how your donation is being used (updates and reports). You will be placed in direct contact with the staff on the ground to follow the project as it evolves.
MSF is an association subject to checks by external bodies. Our annual accounts are certified by independent auditors.

Support projects that correspond to your foundation’s objectives.
- Medical topics: pediatrics, maternal and infant health, surgery and traumatology, infant re- nutrition, community health, victims of sexual violence, neglected illnesses, victims of climate change
- Causes: support for people caught in localized conflict zones with no access to health care and living in increasing destitution, Rohingya refugees in Cox Bazaar in Bangladesh, the people living in Cabo Delgado in Mozambique, starvation in Maidiguri in north-east Nigeria, access to medical treatment for all (Access Campaign – HIV / tuberculosis / vaccinations)
- The MSF Emergency Fund: this allows our teams to intervene worldwide within 24 hours to provide an immediate medical response to any emergency (conflicts, epidemics, natural disasters, …)

Support MSF Training
The MSF for Healthcare Academy organizes medical and paramedical training that directly targets MSF projects, specifically for MSF employees.
Support for innovation within MSF
Each year, 1,5% of the international MSF budget is dedicated to innovation, which allows us to improve our medical response and operational capacities, and to optimize our operating costs in complex situations. Learn more about the Transformational Investment Capacity.
