MSF staff works in areas of conflict and emergency situations. Each mission is led by a coordination team.

To implement our interventions, we need to count on a quick and efficient administration and logistics. Our non-medical staff is the pilar of any aid program implemented by MSF. This concerns budget management and human resources as well as logistics (procurement, fleet, construction, or maintenance of biomedical equipment in our hospitals).

Finally, our medical and paramedical staff is involved in hospitals, health centers and mobile clinics. They bring medical aid to victims of violence and natural disasters, for patients with endemic diseases such as malaria or chronic illnesses such as HIV / AIDS, tuberculosis and to communities hit by epidemics such as cholera measles, according to MSF protocols. They often provides medical care in remote and isolated areas, where they work in very close collaboration with the local staff.
