A review of the Association Forum: the draft amendment to the Articles of Association
To ensure that our Articles of Association comply with Luxembourg law, they have been amended and updated. These changes are due to the law of 7 August 2023 on non-profit associations and foundations, which came into force in September 2023.

The lawyers, Mr Hubsch and Mr Bleser, who worked with us on these changes, presented the draft amendments to the Articles of Association. We now invite you to read the text in full and give us your feedback. In the interests of transparency, we will compile your questions and comments and refine the draft amendments to the Articles of Association with the assistance of the lawyers who are working with us on this project.
The changes will be made in four stages:
- Presentation of the changes to the Articles of Association at the Association Forum on Thursday 14 November 2024 from 12:00 to 14:00: the members present were able to ask their questions and give us their comments.
- Compilation of questions and comments from MSF Luxembourg members.
- Incorporation of comments, if any, into the draft amendment to the Articles of Association and drafting of the proposal for the new Articles of Association.
- Vote at the General Assembly. Depending on the comments, the Articles of Association will be voted on either at the Extraordinary General Assembly on 16 December 2024 (which will take place in any case) or at the AGM on 17 May 2025.
